We are seeking a committed individual to join our Golf Course Groundskeeping team. This role encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the pristine condition of our esteemed golf course. If you have a love for the game of golf and relish the opportunity to work in an outdoor setting, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in regular agronomy team meetings
- Supporting fertilizer and pesticide management initiatives
- Safely operating maintenance machinery
- Keeping detailed equipment logs and reporting any malfunctions
- Ensuring the golf course and its surroundings are kept in excellent condition
- Assisting with various special projects as required
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in operating tools and machinery
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
This position demands physical endurance and the capacity to work in diverse weather conditions. The employee will be required to remain on their feet for extended durations and must be capable of lifting heavy items. The work environment may include exposure to elevated noise levels and chemicals.
