Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in renal care and patient management.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
