Job Title: Global Oncology Real-World Evidence Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Oncology Real-World Evidence Leader to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of real-world evidence strategies for our oncology therapy area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to a team of experts in real-world evidence and health outcomes research.
  • Develop and implement evidence generation plans to support the development and commercialization of oncology products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, and commercial, to ensure alignment and effective execution of evidence generation plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in real-world evidence and health outcomes research, and apply this knowledge to inform evidence generation strategies.
Requirements:
  • PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent level qualification in a relevant scientific field.
  • 8+ years of experience in health outcomes or evidence generation leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for observational research.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
