Program Trainer

Compudopt is seeking a dedicated Program Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our educational programming team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to elementary, middle, and high school youth, as well as parents and adult learners. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for technology education and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of our students.
Responsibilities:- Lead training classes for diverse age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school youth, as well as parents and adult learners.
- Deliver programs in line with our developed curriculum, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge retention.
- Actively engage with students to ensure their learning and knowledge retention, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Facilitate a strong classroom culture through authentic relationships with students and consistent behavior and classroom management.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on curriculum and program revision, contributing to the continuous improvement of our educational programming.
- Collect classroom information, including attendance and metric and measurement reports, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our programs.
- Maintain a safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- High School graduate or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in a relevant or related field.
- Previous experience working in a classroom environment.
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications.
- Basic computer use.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Knowledge and experience in teaching/training technology, digital literacy, or STEM-related programming.
- Knowledge in STEAM fields, particularly technology, and commitment to mission-driven work.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement population-appropriate program activities.

Pay Range: $23.36 per hour
