Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled Project Controls Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company that delivers transformational programs in the real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing project controls teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing training and learning opportunities, and implementing cost control processes. Excellent communication and technical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project controls teams
- Manage client relationships and serve as the client's representative
- Implement cost control processes and develop effective systems
- Engage in planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal staff
- Develop project scopes, negotiate hours, prepare reports, and maintain schedules and budgets
- Prepare monthly analyses and reports on expenditures, progress, commitments, budget performance, and schedule performance
- Coordinate with project technology experts to develop project management information systems
- Support risk management activities, including participating in the development of a risk register and contingency

Turner & Townsend offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
