Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bicycle Warranty Specialist to join our team at Dorel Sports. As a key member of our Warranty Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and resolve warranty-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Finance, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.
  • Enter and analyze warranty data into our Quality Management System to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of bicycle systems and components to provide expert advice and support.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the warranty experience for our customers and dealers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
