Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team as a key member. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting agreements and documents, and advising clients on business transactions.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
  • Research and draft agreements, documents, briefs, and contracts.
  • Work on discovery responses.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in law.
  • Admission to a state bar and admission to the Indiana bar in the near future.
  • Familiarity with various legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
