Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Arrow Technologies. This key role will be responsible for overseeing facilities maintenance activities, supervising employees, and coordinating with contractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities, including buildings, grounds, and manufacturing shops.
  • Personally supervise employees in daily work assignments and oversee the work of contractors.
  • Identify opportunities for facility improvements, obtain quotes, and implement changes.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance activities with other divisions, contractors, and outside agencies.
  • Provide responsive support to meet the needs of manufacturing and service operations.
  • Maintain databases summarizing past, current, and future planned facilities-related projects.
  • Assist the VP-Global Facilities, participate in committees, and prepare reports as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance, repair, and modification.
  • At least 2 years of administrative, contract administration, and/or supervisory experience.
