Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Cadet Pilot at Tigh Na Mara. As a Cadet Pilot, you will be responsible for undertaking short-term or long-term projects to address various issues and needs, meeting with management to understand their requirements, and conducting situational and data analysis to identify and understand problems or issues.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
  • Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
  • Present and explain findings to appropriate executives
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
