Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Represent the company as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, and end-users, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor budgets and variances, process purchase orders, subcontracts, and associated invoices, and facilitate change order pricing requirements.
  • Material Procurement: Source and procure electrical materials, including switchgear, luminaries, specialty equipment, and commodities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors to establish project schedules and workflows.
  • Client Communication: Interact with clients, interpret their needs and requirements, and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, adhering to company operating procedures and jobsite guidelines.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical construction as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with estimating, cost management, procurement, and scheduling.
  • Understanding of electrical power and lighting design.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with Adobe or Bluebeam.
  • Leadership skills, self-motivation, and strong communication skills to interact with all departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
