Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Coordinator to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments, managing paperwork, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, verifying quantities and ensuring accuracy.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, and packing slips.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Inventory Management: Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Cycle Counting: Participate in cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience in a shipping/logistics role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP and other related software
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Forklift Certification Required, sit-down electric or propane or stand-up electric reach truck.
