Your Position
As an Electrical Systems Specialist at PACCAR, you will play a vital role in designing and releasing electrical wiring and electronic components and systems for heavy commercial trucks. This involves integrating various electrical subsystems into the vehicle's electrical system, completing engineering change notice documentation, and using proprietary software to issue part bid requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and release of electrical wiring and electronic components and systems for heavy commercial trucks.
  • Integrate various electrical subsystems into vehicle electrical system.
  • Complete engineering change notice documentation.
  • Use proprietary software to issue part bid requests.
  • Manage engineering and project management processes.
  • Plan and track validation of components.
  • Support launch at truck assembly plants as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree required.
  • Masters in relevant technical field (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred) and/or Professional Engineering license preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good planning/tracking skills.
  • Competency with standard business software tools.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
