As a Fleet Development Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the training experience for Driver Trainees. Your responsibilities will include:
Training Facilitation
Engaging in interactive content delivery and co-facilitating training sessions alongside senior leadership. You will provide constructive feedback to participants and collaborate with Fleet Development leadership and Regional Training Center staff.
Quality Assurance
Conducting thorough audits of all Fleet Development roles and performing consistency tours in Regional Training Centers to assess compliance with established standards. You will ensure adherence to best practices and alignment with training content.
Content Development
Participating in the creation and review of training materials, offering insights and recommendations to the Learning Content Development team. You will work closely with this team to validate the accuracy of training content through assessment reviews.
Change Management
Supporting the implementation of structural changes by engaging with associates in Regional Training Centers. You will educate Driver Trainees on new initiatives through both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Operational Support
Assisting Regional Training Centers in executing processes outside of scheduled classes, including conducting 'tour to teach' sessions. You will monitor the utilization of virtual reality training and oversee end-of-day activities across various Fleet Development locations.
Training Delivery
Delivering training in accordance with established schedules, utilizing diverse modalities such as Academy Connect and Virtual Reality. You will implement training for specialized initiatives and foster relationships with Fleet Development Trainers to enhance their skills.
Leadership Development
Providing mentorship and development opportunities for associates, including hiring and training. You will assign tasks, recognize achievements, and promote diversity within the team.
Business Solutions
Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders to identify business needs and implement effective solutions. You will monitor progress and results, adapting to organizational changes and competing demands.
Compliance and Ethics
Modeling adherence to company policies and promoting a culture of integrity and ethical standards. You will support the development and execution of business plans that align with the company's mission and values.
