Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Trauma to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with complex trauma injuries.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with trauma injuries, including those with complex wounds, chest tubes, and respiratory support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the United States.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a trauma unit or critical care setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
