Nighttime Baker

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for baking the majority of our fresh bread and pastries each night.

Key Responsibilities

• Bake bread and pastries according to Panera Bread standards
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform other activities as needed, such as stocking and sanitation
• Collaborate with Cafe Management and fellow associates to achieve team goals

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a bakery environment
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Minimum age 18 years
