We are seeking a skilled and motivated Apartment Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Gallery Residential. As an Apartment Leasing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in achieving the community's occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by providing exceptional customer service, driving traffic to the property, and executing sales and leasing activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities to drive traffic to the property and increase occupancy rates.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential residents, including social media promotions, email marketing, and local advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and execute sales and leasing activities, ensuring that all processes are followed and documented accurately.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of apartment availability, traffic, and leasing activities using on-site property management software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Compensation Package: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, including benefits and bonuses. The compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent, taking into account industry standards and factors such as location, education level, and years of experience.
