Key Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Red Lobster team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff. Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to the highest standards.
  • Operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly.
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
  • Focusing on your team and guests, making every decision with their needs in mind.
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
