Job Summary

The Center For Discovery is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in a Residential setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to patients struggling with eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized dietary meal plans for patients, including weekly calorie counts and monitoring of progress.
  • Conduct dietary intake assessments and complete documentation on client progress throughout treatment.
  • Facilitate nutrition groups and education sessions for adult and adolescent patients.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the best standard of nutrition and dietary services are provided.
  • Communicate with referring and outpatient treatment teams, as well as medical and psychiatric professionals, as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to family members through regular communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with experience working with patients with eating disorders.
