Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our team at Kona Grill. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and supporting our Service team in maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest First Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Collaborate with the Service team to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Menu Knowledge and Accuracy: Ensure accurate food delivery, maintain menu knowledge, and provide excellent service to guests.
  • Table Management: Clear and reset tables efficiently, pre-bussing and resetting in a friendly and fast manner.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple tasks effectively, establish priorities, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Communication and Adaptability: Communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours, maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
