**Job Summary:**
South Bend Community School seeks a highly skilled Speech/Language Pathologist to provide essential services to students with language and/or speech impairments. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create tailored plans that promote academic success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services to students with speech and language needs.
- Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations in accordance with state law and corporate procedures.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that meet the unique requirements of each student.
- Maintain accurate records and data on student progress toward goals and objectives.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports for students on your caseload.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Qualifications:
We require a Master's degree and Indiana License from the Division of Professional Standards in Communication Disorders. A Certificate of Clinical Competence is also desirable. Experience working with various disabilities and language/speech disorders is preferred.
