Responsibilities- Provide wound care services to patients in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
- Work collaboratively with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess patients' wound care needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide education on best practices for wound care and management.
- Integrate various interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
- Master of Science in Nursing with FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or ACNP certification.
- Active License in South Carolina.
- DEA registration.
- 1+ year experience in wound care.
