Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the implementation of clinical programs that optimize medication use and improve member health outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for clinical program development and optimization
- Analyze data and trends to inform clinical program decisions and drive business results
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals on clinical program development and implementation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in clinical pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to inform clinical program decisions
- Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification preferred
- Strong delegation and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in clinical program development and implementation
- Three years' experience in pharmacy benefits management
- Understanding of managed care and ability to generate insights into the business
