Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney Litigation

Estrada Law Group APC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a dedicated advocate for our clients, you will be responsible for representing individuals in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and interests.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in personal injury litigation, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
  • Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity, including pleading shells and other relevant documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and legal assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance case management and strategy development.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide effective representation.
  • Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, and negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Admitted to practice in California and in good standing with the bar.
  • Strong advocacy skills with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
  • Commitment to mentoring and supporting junior staff and legal assistants.
Compensation:

$90,000 - $100,000 yearly
