Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., a leading manufacturer of electronic interconnect components, is seeking a responsible individual to join our team as a Plant Maintenance Person.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the exterior areas of the building and property, including snow removal operations.
  • Assemble workbenches, chairs, and furniture.
  • Help maintain and repair production machines as needed.
  • Assist in the warehouse, receiving and moving raw materials to different areas of the building.
  • Operate a forklift.
  • Assist with basic installations of electrical conduits, wiring, cables, and other equipment.
  • Support with plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, and related projects.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Familiarity with the use of various power and hand tools, including saws, drills, screw guns, nail guns, and similar tools.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills in maintenance.
  • Mechanical aptitude and skill in the use of electrical and mechanical tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Details:
  • Reports to Plant Support Manager.
  • Full-Time Hourly Employee.
  • First Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
  • Pay: $30.00 per hour.
