  • Develop and implement solutions for rotating equipment repairs, leveraging expertise in rotating equipment manufacturing, design, and assembly.
  • Conduct vibration analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their mechanical needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Perform precise measurements using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality and reliability.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in rotating equipment repairs or related field.
  • Proficient in CAD software, including AutoDesk and Solidworks.
  • Strong knowledge of rolling element bearings, sleeve babbitt bearings, oil seals, vibration spectrums, and alignment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in rotating equipment manufacturing, design, and assembly.
  • Knowledge of seal and bearing clearances to shafts.
  • Proficiency in vibration analysis and troubleshooting.
