Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Leader to join our team at Northwell Health. As a key member of our Change Management team, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and ensuring a seamless transition to new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Change Management Plans: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective change management strategies that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Lead Project Implementation: Drive project implementation and oversee the execution of established change management plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Anticipate and identify organizational challenges and resistance, developing risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison with internal partners and subject matter experts to enhance and align change management approaches, driving project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Change Readiness Assessments: Lead stakeholder analyses, change impact analyses, and change readiness assessments to establish effective change management approaches and identify potential project impacts/risks.
  • Training and Development: Create training plans and develop content to support key learning objectives for change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders' understanding and acceptance of change impacts.
  • Team Leadership: Serve as an informal leader and functional mentor, modeling and training Enterprise Change Management team members on change management tools and tactics.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Assist management with oversight of the team's entire project portfolio, aligning team resources for each project based on bandwidth, skills, and experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, required. 5+ years of Change Management experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong change management skills, excellent communication and project management skills, ability to work under minimal supervision, and strong analytical skills.
