Cage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cage Supervisor to join our team at Mountaineer Casino Resort. As a key member of our accounting operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient performance of accounting activities at all cage locations.

• Prepare cashier transfers from window to vault.
• Supervise cash W2G level jackpot tickets and withhold appropriate taxes when necessary.
• Ensure accurate paperwork is completed for all functions of the position, including end of shift balancing of cashier windows and vaults.
• Notify a Cage Shift Manager of any incidents at their area and complete an incident report.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others as a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with six months cash handling experience preferred.
• General knowledge of Federal Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) regulations and requirements.

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods, with the ability to push, pull, kneel, twist, carry, and lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements is also a requirement.
