Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ashtabula, OH. ProCare Therapy is a leading provider of school-based therapy services, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' progress.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
