Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality massage and body treatments, tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide education and support to clients, promoting the benefits of regular massage therapy and our services
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, assisting them in achieving their wellness goals
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to all applicable standards, rules, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
  • Be proficient in various massage modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Show a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
  • Possess a high level of ethics and integrity
  • Show a genuine interest in helping others achieve their wellness goals
Compensation and Benefits:

$58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.
