Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' landscapes through a combination of technical expertise and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns by performing routine lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Interact with clients to understand their specific lawn care needs, provide recommendations, and address any concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Regularly inspect and maintain lawn care equipment, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for both team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
• Knowledge of various grass types, soil conditions, and plant care techniques.
• Familiarity with the safe and effective use of lawn care equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
