Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Tenant Improvement initiatives and new construction endeavors.
- Oversee the construction workflow while proactively addressing and resolving any challenges that may arise.
- Foster and maintain constructive relationships with tenants, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with permitting and inspection requirements.
- Assist in establishing and upholding project timelines, including initiation, progress tracking, and completion.
- Ensure subcontractor accountability for their performance and deliverables.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts pertinent to each trade involved in the construction process.
- Guarantee the completion of all final punch lists and ensure projects are finalized prior to the release of final payments or occupancy.
- Adapt operational strategies as necessary to meet construction deadlines effectively.
- Implement management practices that are both cost-efficient and effective.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional organizational abilities, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking, along with strong active listening skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including contractors, clients, and management.
- A highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks, Yardi, or other property management software.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
