We are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with students, parents, and teachers to identify individualized goals and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of students' abilities to identify functional limitations and establish clear objectives.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to specific student needs.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver adaptive exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, recommendations for assistive equipment, and environmental modifications to promote optimal outcomes.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired results.
- A Masters Level Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- An active state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Prior experience working with school-age students is highly preferred.
