Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist Project Managers and Superintendents with the management and administrative requirements of our construction projects. This role will involve preparing reports, business correspondence, and documents; reviewing and distributing incoming correspondence; and scheduling entry into project management software.
- Prepare reports, business correspondence, and documents as needed
- Review and distribute incoming correspondence with appropriate parties
- Schedule entry into project management software
- Assist with contract administration tasks, including processing change orders and progress payments
The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and experience with correspondence and document preparation.
