Key Responsibilities- Design and Fabrication: Utilize advanced software and technology to design and fabricate dental implants, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client specifications.
- Workflow Management: Manage the workflow of IOS scans sent from customers to manufacturers, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Quality Control: Review each Rx in detail, inspect all work to ensure quality standards and client requests are being met.
- Collaboration: Work with the existing CAD team to implement best practices in 3D printing, post-processing, and finishing of appliances.
- Communication: Communicate daily with the Digital Manager about any defects or issues related to quality specifications and/or internal and external client requests or requirements.
- Knowledge of Dental Anatomy: Possess a strong understanding of dental anatomy and its application in implant design.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple software platforms, including IOS platforms, and able to identify Scanbodies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining quality work and identifying roadblocks.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures, including PTC methods and procedures.
