Cedar Fair Entertainment Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Painter to join our team. As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for performing various painting and decorating tasks to maintain the appearance and integrity of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply various paints, coatings, and finishes to wood, metal, plaster, and other surfaces as required using brush, roller, or spray techniques.
  • Remove old paint coatings and prepare surfaces as necessary to accept new coatings.
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate results.
  • Paint rides, structural elements, and other assets as necessary to meet maintenance guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when interacting with guests or working with colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to Cedar Fair's safety guidelines and requirements.
  • Meet scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods, to support business needs.
  • Meet attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.
  • Adhere to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct, including costuming and grooming standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Ability to follow direction and work varied shifts.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check.
