We are seeking an exceptional Endodontist to join our DECA Dental Group family, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality endodontic care and exceptional patient experiences.

As an Endodontist at DECA Dental Group, you will have the autonomy to focus on providing outstanding care, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and collaborating with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive dental services.

You will establish and grow long-term patient and team relations, ensure adherence to ethical standards, and pursue continuous professional development and learning.

Our organization offers a well-trained endo team dedicated to you and your practice, a patient base from our general practices throughout the metropolitan area, and a built-in referral source since our dentists will want to keep procedures in-house.

">Your Key Duties">

  2. Travel to multiple offices with your personal endodontic support team">
  3. Establish and grow long-term patient and team relations">
  4. Provide endodontic treatment to all ages">
  5. Pursue lifelong clinical and practice management learning/education">

">Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A DDS/DMD from an accredited university">
  • An Endodontics Specialty Graduate Program">
  • An Active or Pending State Specialty License">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively">
