Job Summary

Copilot Careers is seeking a skilled Substitute Teacher Aide to provide instructional support to students with special needs in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist classroom teachers in providing individualized support to students, promoting academic and personal growth.
  • Supplement regular classroom curriculum and help students with special needs achieve their full potential.
  • Support teachers with classroom management, administrative duties, and supervising students in various settings.
  • Attend to students' physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Follow provisions specified in students' IEPs/504 Plans to provide tailored support.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Compensation: $10-$17/hour.
