Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise 4-5 team members, assisting with employee issues, questions, and management of timecards and schedule.
  • Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
  • Issue and requisition supplies and equipment, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with contract stipulations.
  • Maintain rapport with tenants to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Contracts / Facilities on project status.
  • Confer with Human Services personnel on a regular basis to appraise trainee productivity, problems, progress, etc.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards to all workers on the project.
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
  • Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner, utilizing protective clothing and/or equipment and complying with all safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical requirements include standing, reaching, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
