Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborns and their families in our 22-bed Level 3 NICU. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive work environment for our clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to newborns and their families in our Level 3 NICU
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in educational opportunities with Family Practice and OB/GYN residents, and medical students
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care and implement evidence-based practices in our unit

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible Neonatologist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
