Tow Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Operator to join our team at Wayne's Automotive and Towing Center. As a Tow Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely and efficiently towing and recovering vehicles.

• Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and sustain significant amounts of driving, bending, lifting, and twisting
• Excellent communication skills and time management skills
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Delivery driver or related job experience preferred

• Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Follow predesignated routes, schedules, and traffic laws to deliver products
• Perform emergency road service, towing, and recovery
• Work nights, and weekends on an alternating schedule
