Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop resident care plans to ensure individualized care and support
  • Provide routine daily nursing care, including vital sign checks, wound dressing, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Monitor residents for falls and take necessary precautions to prevent injuries
  • Collect lab samples and perform other clinical tasks as needed
  • Abide by facility policies and procedures, including infection control and confidentiality protocols
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school or college
  • Valid RN license in good standing
  • Valid CPR and BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
Working Conditions

As a Registered Nurse at Cambridge Health, you will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. You may be exposed to odors, dust, disinfectants, and other environmental hazards. You will be required to lift up to 25 pounds and may be subject to call-back during emergency situations.
