We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Aviation Instructor to join our faculty. As an Aviation Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the Aviation program, facilitating their learning and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and develop curriculum for Aviation courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and college requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support student success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices in Aviation education.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or a related field, with 5 years of work experience in the field.
  • Graduate Degree in Aviation or a related field, or Graduate Degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Aviation coursework preferred.
  • Prior college teaching experience is preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy and commitment to teaching.
  • Ability to teach in both traditional face-to-face and blended (hybrid) format.
