At Benihana, we're looking for a skilled Teppan Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook hot meals on hibachi tables in front of guests, ensuring correct food portions and maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen area.
- Engage with guests, providing a unique and entertaining experience that exceeds their expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
- Proven experience as a Teppan Chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
