Lundy's Ice Cream Shop is seeking applications for the role of Ice Cream Parlor Representative. We are looking for dedicated individuals who possess outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a lively, flexible environment filled with a passion for high-quality ice cream.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional product delivery and customer experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the company's mission and share enthusiasm for our ice cream offerings.
• Understand our diverse range of flavors and ingredients, providing accurate information to customers.
• Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for patrons and fellow team members.
• Communicate effectively with team and management regarding product availability and inventory issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism during shifts, adhering to checklists and safety protocols.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Proficient in operating the location's point of sale (POS) system.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cooler environments.
• Able to adapt to various noise levels, including those from POS systems and background music.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
