We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Waste Management: Empty and clean all waste containers, remove waste paper and garbage from the premises, and damp wipe containers.
- Facility Care: Dust all image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings, and damp dust all ceiling and air condition diffusers, partition grilles, register, and other ventilating louvers.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and sanitize all water coolers, wash, clean, and sterilize all water coolers, and clean and sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms.
- Specialized Tasks: Remove all stains from vertical surfaces, sweep private stairways, and vacuum if carpeted, and clean building floors by sweeping and mopping.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.
- Skills: Ability to follow written and oral directions, and be flexible in performing assigned duties per client's specifications.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits for most full-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement plans, employee assistance programs, and exclusive perks.
