Job Overview

Aim High Equipment Rentals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Wheatland store to success. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, effectively, and safely, while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting revenue and corporate goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and corporate goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory and labor expenses
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, including sales, service, maintenance, and drivers
  • Implement and maintain effective communication systems, including reporting and documentation
  • Continuously improve work processes, systems, and data accuracy

Requirements
  • 5-10 years' experience in the construction industry and/or construction equipment
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills for Company required systems
  • Initiative and follow through
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong writing skills (procedures, correspondence)
