We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing sales and loans, and performing various store duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
- Process sales, loans, and extensions
- Perform opening and closing store duties
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
