Role Summary:

This position is accountable for assisting with light maintenance, repairs, facility upkeep, and warehousing responsibilities at the Client's facility. The role includes providing support to the lead warehouse/facilities support position and the facilities manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct light maintenance tasks (e.g., snow removal, cleaning, and basic mechanical tasks)
  • Ensure a tidy and organized warehouse and storage areas
  • Manage shipping and receiving for promotional events, including loading and unloading from transport vehicles
  • Respond to various departmental requests, such as:
    • Retrieving and returning products/supplies from storage
    • Assisting with promotional product photo shoots
    • Facilitating executive product demonstrations
    • Supporting special events and product displays
    • Setting up conference rooms and events
  • Handle mail and package deliveries
  • Perform compliance checks on Fire/Life Safety equipment
  • Conduct biannual maintenance on restroom facilities, including automated systems
  • Guide and oversee service contractors as directed by the facilities manager
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working
  • Exhibit a high level of energy and enthusiasm with ethical integrity

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

Core Abilities:

  • Comfortable in both warehouse and office environments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and teamwork
  • Quality and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff, external contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work on ladders, lifts, and overhead equipment
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain forklift and reach truck certification
  • Experience with power sports equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience in loading and unloading power sports equipment is beneficial but not essential
