About the Job: As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing contracts from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful sale. You'll work closely with sales agents, clients, and other parties to manage escrow-related paperwork and coordinate closing procedures. Your goal will be to ensure that each transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts throughout home buying and selling processes.
  • Work closely with sales agents, clients, and other parties to manage escrow-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate closing procedures, including moving schedules.
  • Ensure that each transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates.
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and some college experience preferred. Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued. A real estate license is required, and we encourage candidates who are currently pursuing their license to apply. You should be driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience. The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
