Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Trinity MedPro Staffing. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Routine Care: Perform routine assigned tasks, including assisting residents with dressing and toileting, and reporting patients' status and concerns to the Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Observe and Report: Observe residents for changes in condition and report any unusual occurrences to the Resident Services Director and/or supervisor in charge.
  • Complete Incident Reports: Complete a thorough incident report for any unusual occurrence, event, or change in condition.
  • Assist with Meal Service: Assist with meal service by setting tables, serving residents, providing necessary refills or seconds, and removing dishes as residents are finished eating.
  • Clean Common Areas: Clean common areas as assigned and appropriate to shift.
  • Complete Daily Paperwork: Complete daily paperwork as required to ensure all assigned duties are being performed for each resident.
  • Attend Mandatory Training: Complete all mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulatory training as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience as a CNA in an acute care facility, hospital or medical center, or long-term-care hospital is required.
